Shift presented at the 25th Annual Meeting of Society for Prevention Research in Washington, DC. The presentation was titled “Prevention and Public Systems of Care: Research, Policy and Practice.” Dr. Deinera Exner-Cortens led the symposium titled “Building a Province-Wide Healthy Relationships Climate: Involving Schools to Create Healthy Communities in Alberta, Canada”. The symposium consisted of three presentations about AHYR Strategy: the first drew on Shift’s data of implementation of evidence based and evidence informed programs, the second presentation outlined Shift’s efforts to promote social-emotional learning amongst pre-service and in-service teachers, and finally, the third presentation provided overview of Shift’s Support Implementation System.
